🌿Yes, I named my ChatGPT Jessica 🤓

Love it or hate it, my friend, AI has arrived and it's not going anywhere. It’s transforming how we live, work, communicate, and connect.

Yet research shows women have historically been slower to adopt AI tools and often feel less equipped to use them, even as these technologies become central to daily life and work.

A February 2025 Harvard Business School article called, “Women Are Avoiding AI. Will Their Careers Suffer?,” highlights that women are adopting generative AI at significantly lower rates than men.

And it explores the impact on productivity, career opportunities, and professional growth. [If you'd like a copy of the article, hit reply and I'll send you the link.]

This presents both a risk and an opportunity.

If we hesitate, we risk being left behind in a world where AI shapes competitiveness, income, and influence. But when we embrace it, we gain a powerful ally for life and business:

  • At home: create grocery lists, plan schedules, organize family events.

  • At work: drafts emails, analyze data, prep reports, track projects.

  • In business: streamline operations, gain insights, boost productivity while keeping costs lean.

Personally, I’m a fan and have jumped on the AI train. And, yes, I stole a fun idea from my friend Wendy and named my ChatGPT: “Jessica.” 🤓

✨SIDE NOTE✨ Jessica was the big sister of a childhood friend of mine. She was older, cooler, and way prettier than we were! And I always wanted to be her. (sigh!)

While I realize giving AI a personality may be a bit silly. It makes it feel friendly, approachable, and far easier to invite into our everyday lives.

I’m curious... How are you embracing AI or why might you be avoiding it? Hit reply and let me know.

Happy Wednesday! 🌿
