🌿 24 Hours may be all you need ✌️

Updated: Jul 29

Last week, I wrote about how chaotic May can be — and wow, is it living up to the hype!

Between work, family, events, responsibilities, and trying to keep all the balls in the air, it’s easy to feel mentally and emotionally drained right about now.

So today, I share something with you that I genuinely believe in. It's simple, but incredibly powerful:

Changing your environment.

Sometimes the best thing we can do for our mental, emotional, physical, and even spiritual health is step away from our normal surroundings — even if it’s just for a short time.

A change of scenery has a way of clearing our minds, releasing stress, opening us up creatively, and helping us see life from a different perspective.

For me, that place is always the beach. And this weekend I plan to hit the road for the good ‘ole Jersey Shore.

Sun, clouds, rain… I don’t care. There’s just something about being there that brings me peace. It helps me slow down, reset, think clearly, and reconnect with myself in a way that everyday life often makes difficult.

Sometimes we don’t realize how badly we need a reset until we finally give ourselves permission to take one.

Your “getaway” doesn’t have to be elaborate or expensive. Maybe it’s the beach, the mountains, a workout class, a walk in nature, or simply unplugging for the day.

The point is this: changing our environment can absolutely change our energy. And I’m all for that.✌️

Hit reply and let me know your favorite getaway. I’d love to hear!

Hoping you’re able to find a little time—and space—to breathe, recharge, and reconnect with yourself this weekend.

Happy Wednesday & Happy Memorial Weekend! 🌿
