Happy New Year! I’m thrilled to kick off another year of "Wednesday Wisdom", sharing stories, tips, and insights to help you make personal finance a priority in your life!
Â
I don’t know about you, but I spent far too much of 2025 overthinking, revisiting, and second-guessing — which mostly just drained my time and energy.
Â
When we’re trying to tackle something important, it’s easy to get overwhelmed by the details and that’s often when we get stuck instead of moving forward.
Â
So many women I work with aren’t lacking motivation or discipline — they’re simply carrying too much in their heads.
Â
Decisions. Responsibilities. “I’ll deal with that later” thoughts. And when everything lives in your head, it feels overwhelming.
Â
No more! In 2026, we simplify.
Â
Here's a simple hack I return to again and again in my financial wellness work. All you need is:
Â
âś…Â A piece of paper
Â
✅ A pen
Â
Write it down. Get it out of your head and onto paper.
Â
Because when you put it on paper, it becomes real.
When it’s real, it becomes actionable.
And when it’s actionable, you’ve created a plan.
Â
This is one of my favorite tools for financial clarity.
Â
Crossing things off your list is a powerful reminder that you’re making progress — even one small step at a time.
Â
If life feels messy or heavy right now, start here. One page. One list.
Â
As you think about 2026, what’s the #1 financial challenge on your mind?
Â
Let me know — it helps me create better ways to support you and other women in this community.
Â
Here’s to an amazing 2026 — and a Happy Wednesday! 🌿

PS:  If you’ve been wondering whether you could use support prioritizing your goals or creating a clear plan for your future, I made a FREE checklist for you:
Â
Â
A quick, judgment-free way to see whether professional guidance could help you feel more confident and in control of your personal finances.
Â
There are no right or wrong answers — just clarity.
Â
🌿. . . I created this "Wednesday Wisdom" blog to provide women-focused content that includes a dose of real talk, relatable stories — including honest moments from my own ups and downs — and practical insights to help you grow in life and in your finances.
