🌿 The universe is sending you signs

I believe that signs are a gift from the universe.

They are little nudges guiding us toward the change we’re ready for—and they often show up quietly.

A thought that keeps resurfacing.

A conversation that lingers.

Or an idea you just can’t shake.

But here is the part that many women miss: the sign isn’t really the change.

It's one thing to notice it and another to trust it. But acting on it… that’s where the magic happens.

Here is what I mean...

Maybe you’ve been meaning to finally prioritize your health and schedule that important appointment—but something else always seems to come first.

Maybe there’s a conversation you need to have—with a partner, parent, or friend—but you keep avoiding it.

Or maybe you’ve been wanting to get a better handle on your finances and start that emergency fund—but you keep pushing it to “next week.”

Maybe that is the sign.

The little nudge to check in. To get honest. To finally take one small step forward.
